Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup are free.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Full fare may be charged if:

  • Cancellation made within 1 hour of pickup
  • Passenger does not show up
  • Incorrect booking information was provided
  • Passenger chooses an unsuitable vehicle for luggage/passengers

3. Flight Delays

No extra charge for flight delays — flights are tracked in real time.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 3–7 business days
