1. Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup are free.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Full fare may be charged if:
- Cancellation made within 1 hour of pickup
- Passenger does not show up
- Incorrect booking information was provided
- Passenger chooses an unsuitable vehicle for luggage/passengers
3. Flight Delays
No extra charge for flight delays — flights are tracked in real time.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued:
- To the original payment method
- Within 3–7 business days
