You must hold the driver, chauffeur, private hire, professional driver or equivalent licence required in your city or country
Your vehicle must hold suitable private hire, hire and reward, commercial passenger transport or equivalent insurance where required
You must be punctual, discreet, respectful and service-focused
Chauffeurs must follow PrimeVoyageX dress and grooming standards
Vehicles must be clean, safe, smoke-free and suitable for executive travel
Passenger details, conversations and journey information must remain private
Chauffeurs and operators must communicate clearly and follow booking instructions

Can individual chauffeurs apply?
Yes. Individual chauffeurs and owner-chauffeurs may apply, subject to licence, vehicle suitability, insurance and approval.
Can partner operators apply?
Yes. Partner operators may apply and may be asked to provide company, driver, vehicle and insurance documents.
Can chauffeurs outside London apply?
Yes. Applicants can select their country and city during the application process. Applications from new cities may be kept for future coverage planning.
Does applying guarantee work?
No. Applying does not guarantee approval, onboarding or work allocation.
What vehicles are accepted?
Accepted vehicles depend on city, class and approval. Examples include Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes S-Class, BMW 5/7 Series, Audi A6, Mercedes V-Class and approved equivalents.
Do I need to wear a uniform?
Yes. Chauffeurs must follow PrimeVoyageX dress standards.
Do I need to sign an NDA?
Approved chauffeurs and operators may be required to sign confidentiality or NDA terms before accepting PrimeVoyageX work.
