Journeys must be booked in advance and accepted by PrimeVoyageX before travel.
2. Licensed Drivers and Vehicles
Journeys are carried out by appropriately licensed private hire or chauffeur drivers and vehicles, in line with applicable licensing requirements.
Drivers and vehicles used for PrimeVoyageX bookings are expected to meet the requirements of the relevant licensing authority.
3. Insurance
Vehicles used for PrimeVoyageX bookings are required to hold appropriate hire and reward / private hire insurance.
PrimeVoyageX expects drivers, chauffeurs, and partner operators to maintain valid insurance, licensing, and vehicle documentation where required.
4. Chauffeur Professional Standards
PrimeVoyageX expects chauffeurs to act professionally at all times.

PrimeVoyageX remains responsible for managing the customer booking and service oversight.
8. Booking and Dispatch Standards
Anyone involved in receiving bookings, despatching vehicles, handling customer information, or accessing driver information is expected to act responsibly and confidentially.

12. Safety and Road Conduct

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside PrimeVoyageX vehicles.
Passengers should avoid any behaviour that may soil, damage, or take the vehicle out of service.
Cleaning, repair, or vehicle downtime charges may apply where the vehicle is soiled or damaged because of passenger behaviour.
16. CCTV, Dashcams and Safety Recording
Some vehicles may use external-facing dashcams or safety recording systems for security, insurance, and incident protection.
Interior recording is not standard unless clearly disclosed.
Where recording equipment is used, it must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
