1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with PrimeVoyageX Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a journey through our website, phone, email or any other channel, you agree to these terms. PrimeVoyageX operates as a licensed private hire operator providing pre-booked private transport services.

2. Bookings

2.1 All bookings must be made in advance.

2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers or tail numbers, dates and times.

2.3 Bookings will be confirmed by email or SMS.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any booking request.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are fixed once confirmed.

3.2 Prices include meet-and-greet (for airport arrivals), flight tracking and standard waiting times.

3.3 Prices do not include additional waiting time charges or extra stops not agreed at the time of booking.

3.4 Payment must be completed before the journey unless a corporate account has been approved.

3.5 Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

4.1 Airport pickups include 60 min of complimentary waiting time from actual landing.

4.2 Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes free waiting time.

4.3 Additional waiting is chargeable per 15-minute block depending on vehicle class.

4.4 If a customer is unreachable after free waiting time, the driver may leave and the booking may be charged as a no-show.

5. Flight Tracking

5.1 Flights are monitored in real time.

5.2 If your flight is delayed or arrives early, pickup will be adjusted accordingly.

5.3 If a flight is cancelled and you notify us, a rebooking can be arranged.
We never share data for marketing or sales purposes.

6. Vehicle & Luggage Capacity

6.1 You must choose an appropriate vehicle class for your passengers and luggage.

6.2 Drivers may refuse travel if luggage exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity.

6.3 No refund is issued if you select an unsuitable vehicle.

7. Conduct

7.1 Passengers must behave respectfully and safely during travel.

7.2 Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted.

7.3 Damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup are free of charge.

8.2 Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup may be charged in full.

8.3 No-shows are charged in full.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for travel delays caused by road closures, weather, traffic conditions or events outside our control.

9.2 We are not responsible for missed flights unless the delay is due to proven driver fault.

9.3 Lost property left in vehicles will be returned where possible but without liability.

10. Amendments

10.1 Changes to pickup time, vehicle class or route may affect pricing.

10.2 Amendments must be requested at least 1 hour before pickup.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
