This page explains the standards we expect from chauffeurs, vehicles, partner operators, and anyone involved in handling bookings or customer information.

1. Licensed Private Hire Services

PrimeVoyageX provides pre-booked private hire and chauffeur services only.

 

We do not operate as a taxi, hackney carriage, street-hail service, or rank-based service.

 

Journeys must be booked in advance and accepted by PrimeVoyageX before travel.

2. Licensed Drivers and Vehicles

Journeys are carried out by appropriately licensed private hire or chauffeur drivers and vehicles, in line with applicable licensing requirements.

 

Drivers and vehicles used for PrimeVoyageX bookings are expected to meet the requirements of the relevant licensing authority.

3. Insurance

Vehicles used for PrimeVoyageX bookings are required to hold appropriate hire and reward / private hire insurance.

 

PrimeVoyageX expects drivers, chauffeurs, and partner operators to maintain valid insurance, licensing, and vehicle documentation where required.

4. Chauffeur Professional Standards

PrimeVoyageX expects chauffeurs to act professionally at all times.

PrimeVoyageX aims to provide modern, clean, well-presented vehicles suitable for executive private hire and chauffeur work.

6. Vehicle Classes and Suitability

Vehicles are booked by class, not by guaranteed exact make, model, registration, colour, or model year unless confirmed in writing.

7. Partner Chauffeurs and Operators

This may happen for availability, specialist vehicles, larger bookings, long-distance journeys, private aviation, events, roadshows, or operational requirements.

 

Where partner chauffeurs or operators are used, they are expected to meet appropriate licensing, insurance, vehicle, safety, and professional standards.

 

PrimeVoyageX remains responsible for managing the customer booking and service oversight.

8. Booking and Dispatch Standards

Anyone involved in receiving bookings, despatching vehicles, handling customer information, or accessing driver information is expected to act responsibly and confidentially.

12. Safety and Road Conduct

Chauffeurs are expected to drive responsibly and comply with road traffic laws.

The chauffeur may refuse or stop a journey if safety, legality, vehicle condition, or passenger conduct is at risk.

15. Smoking, Vaping, Food and Vehicle Care

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside PrimeVoyageX vehicles.

 

Passengers should avoid any behaviour that may soil, damage, or take the vehicle out of service.

 

Cleaning, repair, or vehicle downtime charges may apply where the vehicle is soiled or damaged because of passenger behaviour.

16. CCTV, Dashcams and Safety Recording

Some vehicles may use external-facing dashcams or safety recording systems for security, insurance, and incident protection.

 

Interior recording is not standard unless clearly disclosed.

 

Where recording equipment is used, it must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

17. Assistance Dogs and Accessibility

Assistance dogs are accepted in accordance with legal requirements.

 

Customers should notify PrimeVoyageX of any accessibility requirements before booking confirmation so that reasonable arrangements can be considered where possible.

 

Accessibility support is subject to vehicle suitability, chauffeur availability, safety, and operational limits.
