Understand how hourly chauffeur hire works
Minimum Hire
3 hours minimum, except Prestige Class at 4 hours minimum.
Included Mileage
Hourly hire includes up to 12 miles per booked hour.
Extra Mileage
Extra mileage may be charged if the included mileage allowance is exceeded.
Extra Time
If the booking runs over the booked time, additional time is charged at the hourly rate.
8+ Hour Discount
Bookings of 8 hours or more receive a £5 per hour discount from the standard hourly rate.
Early Finish
Hourly bookings are charged for the confirmed hire period. Unused time is not refunded if the service finishes early.

Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
Hourly Chauffeur Hire
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. Late cancellation may be charged at the minimum hire value.
Long-Distance Journeys
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup. Late cancellation may be charged partly or in full depending on journey details.
Weddings, Events & Roadshows
Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking. Deposits or full charges may apply once confirmed.
